Why Kubernesis?
In 1 Corinthians 12:28, the Greek word for administration is kubernesis. It is translated in a variety of ways but predominately as administration, governing and guidance.
In reality, it means more than that. Its connotation is that it is a helmsman. A helmsman on a ship steers the ship along the course the captain plots.
In other words, it puts legs and structure to the vision. It is creating structure and systems to handle the vision that any organisation has.
